2007—2010年深圳市龙岗区布吉街道医疗机构的消毒效果

目的了解深圳市龙岗区布吉辖区医疗机构消毒情况,以加强医疗机构消毒与医院感染控制工作,保障人民群众身体健康。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB 15982—1995)和卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的规定要求,对该辖区各医疗机构重点科室的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中的消毒液、紫外线灯和压力蒸汽灭菌器进行监测。监测结果按GB 15981—1995消毒与灭菌效果评价方法与标准进行评价。结果 2007—2010年共监测各医疗卫生单位各种样本10 637份,总合格率为91.2%;2007—2010年合格率分别为85.0%、87.5%、92.5%、94.8%,各年差异有统计学意义(χ2=185.48,r=3,P0.01)。监测项目中不同种类样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 005.09,v=6,P0.01),压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率最高,总合格率为98.4%;最低为空气,总合格率为76.2%。结论该辖区医疗机构的消毒工作合格率逐年上升,但消毒质量仍然存在一些问题,需采取进一步措施加强消毒监测和管理,提高医护人员的消毒意识和责任感;同时卫生行政部门应加强监督检查,使消毒工作落到实处。

Disinfection effect of medical institutions in Buji street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City from 2007-2010

Objective]To study the disinfection status of medical institutions in Buji street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City,strengthen the control for disinfection of medical institutions and nosocomial infection,so as to protect the public health.Methods]According to the requirements of the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals（GB 15982-1995） and the Technical standard for disinfection（2002 edition,Ministry of Health）,the indoor air,object surface,hands of medical staff,disinfectant solution in use,ultraviolet lamp and pressure steam sterilizer of key departments in all medical institutions of this area were monitored.The results were evaluated by the？Evaluating method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization（GB15981-1995）.Results]A total of 10 637 samples from medical institutions were monitored during 2007-2010,and the total qualified rate was 91.2%.From 2007 to 2010,the annual qualified rate was respectively 85.0%,87.5%,92.5% and 94.8%,and the difference was significant（χ2=185.48 r=3,P0.01）.There was a significant difference in the qualified rate among different types of samples（χ2=1 005.09,v=6,P0.01）.The qualified rate of the pressure steam sterilizers was the highest（98.4%）,and that of the indoor air was the lowest（76.2%）.Conclusion]The qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions of this area increases year by year,but there are still some problems on disinfection quality,so it is important to carry out further measures to strengthen the disinfection monitoring and management,enhance the disinfection awareness and responsibility of medical staff.Meanwhile,the health administrative departments should strengthen supervision and inspection of the disinfection work.
