中医辨证联合硝苯地平治疗老年高血压患者对照观察

目的]观察中医辨证联合硝苯地平治疗老年高血压患者临床疗效。方法]将我院2011年2月至2012年3月收治的66例高血压患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例。对照组根据中医辨证的分型结果采取相应的措施进行治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上口服硝苯地平控释片,10mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗10d判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效15例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率为96.97%;对照组显效9例,有效18例,无效6例,总有效率为81.82%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论]中医辨证联合硝苯地平治疗老年高血压症患者疗效显著,起效快,可快速改善患者的临床症状,缩短治疗时间,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

TCM Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Nifedipine in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension Control observation
