循证护理在老年下肢骨牵引患者维持有效牵引依从性控制中的应用

目的观察循证护理对老年下肢骨牵引患者维持有效牵引依从性的影响。方法将56例老年下肢骨牵引患者随机分为对照组和观察组各28例：对照组进行常规护理，观察组从心理护理、生活护理及维持有效牵引依从等方面进行循证护理，比较两组患者在8周内（含8周）对维持有效牵引依从性的差异。结果两组患者8周内（含8周）对维持有效牵引依从性比较发现，观察组在1、3、6、8周内对维持有效牵引依从性均明显高于同期对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组25％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理能提高老年下肢骨牵引患者维持有效牵引依从性。

Application of evidence-based nursing on the control of clinical compliance in elderly patients treated with skeletal traction of lower limb

Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on the control of clinical compliance in elderly patients treated with skeletal traction of lower limb.Methods Fifty-six elderly patients treated with skeletal traction of lower limb were divided randomly into two groups: control group(28 cases) were treated with routine nursing care;observative group(28 cases) were treated with evidence-based nursing including mental care,life care and maintaining clinical compliance.The clinical compliance in 8 weeks were compared between observative group and control group.Results The clinical compliance in observative group in 1,3,6,8 weeks were significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05).The clinical total effective rate in observative group were 25% higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing may increase clinical compliance in elderly patients treated with skeletal traction of lower limb.
