中医活血化瘀法治疗冠心病心绞痛72例观察

目的:观察中医活血化瘀法用于冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,评价其应用价值。方法:选择72例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为例数相等的观察组与对照组,观察组采用中医活血化瘀法进行治疗,对照组采用消心痛、倍他乐克等西医药物治疗,疗程为14d,观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作次数及心肌缺血状况。结果:应用中医活血化瘀法治疗的观察组心绞痛发作次数明显少于应用西医药物治疗的对照组,且心电图表现明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀法用于冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of treating 72 cases of angina pectoris by TCM Huoxue Huayu therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating angina pectoris by TCM Huoxue Huayu therapy,and evaluate its value.Methods: 72 cases of patients with angina pectoris,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observer group treated with TCM Huoxue Huayu therapy and control group treated with isosorbide dinitrate,metoprolol and other western medication treatment,14days for a course before and after treatment were observed,the number of angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia conditions.Results: The observation group of the application of TCM Huoxue Huayu therapy in treating angina pectoris number of the control group was significantly less than the application of western medical treatment,and ECG performance was significantly better than the control group,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions: Treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris by TCM Huoxue Huayu therapy,is worthy of clinical application.
