摘    要:多聚磷酸盐样品,用少量超纯水超声溶解,定容到100 ml,过0.22μm尼龙滤膜,取25μl试样进离子色谱分析测定其微量的氯离子含量,对离子色谱测定的条件进行了优化,该方法的氯离子在0.5~20 mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998。方法的最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/L,加入高、中、低三个浓度水平的氯离子测定其加标回收率在94.7%~97.5%之间。方法能简便、快速、准确测定多聚磷酸盐中微量氯离子的含量。

Abstract:Trace amount of chloride in 25μl processed polyphosphate samples were analyze by IC (ion chromatography) instrument after condition optimization, and the samples were dealt by dissolving in a small amount of ultra - pure water with aid of ultrasonic, fixing 100μl and then filtering with 0.22μm nylon membrane. There was good linearity relation in the concentration between 0.5 - 20 mg/L, correlation coefficient for the method was 0. 9998, minimum detectable concentration was 0. 005 mg/L, spiked recovery was between 94.7 % --97.5 % when three levels of chloride ion concentration were added. The method was simple, rapid, accurate for trace chlorine determination in polyphosphates.
