妊娠合并血小板减少134例临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠合并血小板减少的原因及其相关治疗方法。方法：回顾分析2000年7月至2008年6月收治的妊娠期血小板减少134例孕妇的临床资料。结果：妊娠合并血小板减少的主要表现为牙龈出血、鼻出血、皮肤瘀斑，主要病冈为妊娠相关性血小板减少症（PAT），特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP），妊娠期高血压病（PAH）等。结论：任何原困引起的血小板减少在妊娠期间都可能严重威胁母婴健康，应积极查明病岗，并针对病凶采取相应的治疗措施，加强胎儿监护。对血小板小于50×10^9／L者于分娩前后短期应用糖皮质激素，免疫球蛋白，血小板制剂等。

Clinical analysis of 134 cases of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy

Objective： To discuss the cause and therapy of Thrombocytopenia in Pregnancy. Methods：The clinical data of thromboeytopenia in pregnancy of 134 hospitalized pregnant women from July,2007 to June, 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The sign of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy are gingival bleeding, nosebleed, dermal ecchymosis. The main causes are pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia（PAT）, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purple （ITP） and gestational hypertension （PAH） , etc. Conclusion ： The thrombocytopenia in pregnancy originated from any cause of disease can severely threaten the health of mother and baby. The doctor should find out the cause of disease, make proper therapeutic measures and reinforce the fetal monitoring. Glucocorticoids, immunoglobulin and blood platelet preparations can be used in short - term before and after delivery.
