藁本、辽藁本和新疆藁本挥发油化学成分分析及其血管活性观察

摘    要:目的:分析比较藁本、辽藁本及代用品新疆藁本共7个样品中挥发油的化学成分,并观察对离体血管的舒张活性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取7个藁本样品的挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析鉴定,并用面积归一化法计算各成分相对含量;离体血管实验观察不同品种藁本挥发油对KCl预收缩大鼠胸主动脉环张力的影响。结果:从7个藁本样品中共鉴定出82个成分,其中含共有成分14个,各样品所鉴定成分平均占其总挥发油的94%。离体血管实验显示,各样品挥发油对大鼠胸主动脉环均有不同程度的舒张作用,且量效曲线呈非线性关系;半数有效量(ED50)30.4~400.1μg.mL-1。结论:不同品种藁本挥发油化学成分的种类及含量差异显著,对大鼠离体血管的舒张活性明显不同。
