不同产地急性子中人体必需微量元素含量测定与分析

摘    要:目的:分析不同产地急性子中9种人体必需微量元素的含量,评价药材质量。方法:采用ICP-MS法测定急性子微量元素含量,使用SPSS软件分析急性子中微量元素之间的相关性,并通过主成分分析对药材进行质量评价。结果:Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu等对人体有益元素含量丰富。微量元素含量间具有显著相关性。主成分分析确定综合评价函数,其函数为F=0.209x1+0.256x2+1.194x3+0.236x4+0.267x5+0.044x6+0.196x7-0.084x8+0.263x9。结论:9种人体必需微量元素对急性子的药效起主要或辅助的作用,不同产地间含量差异较大,可为不同产地急性子药材质量评价提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To analysis of nine kinds of trace elements essential to human in different regions and assess the quality of Impatientis Semen. Method : The content of trcae elements was determined by ICP-MS, the correlation between the content of trace elements in Impatientis Semen was analyzed by SPSS and principal components analysis (PCA) was used to evaluate the quality. Result : The content of useful supplement of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu was higher. There was significant correlation between different elements. Comprehensive function made by PCA was F=0.209x1+0.256x2+1.194x3+0.236x4+0.267x5+0.044x6+0.196x7-0.084x8+0.263x9. Conclusion : These elements take part in the pharmacodynamic functions of Impatientis Semen and the content of trace elements in different regions was significant different. The results can provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of Impatientis Semen.
