| 摘 要： | 目的:对野生和栽培藏药独一味中山栀苷甲酯成分进行高效液相色谱的含量测定。方法:采用色谱柱WelchromTMKromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B)梯度洗脱(0～11 min,9%A;11～35 min,9%～18%A;35～45min,18%A),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长235 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:山栀苷甲酯的线性范围0.25～2.12 mg(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.89%。结论:野生和栽培独一味的山栀苷甲酯的含量分别为1.81,0.75 mg.g-1。
