| 摘 要： | 表观遗传学是一门研究基因表达的学科,其主要研究内容包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA。在胃癌的发生过程中表观遗传学的作用越来越受到人们的重视,特别是DNA甲基化改变的临床价值已被广泛接受。表观遗传学的变化不仅可用于胃癌的早期诊断,而且还可用作预后和化疗敏感性的指标。本文将对表观遗传学在胃癌中的应用价值进行较为系统的评价。
