急性脑梗死大鼠血清中缺血修饰白蛋白的检测及意义

摘    要:目的:研究急性脑梗死大鼠血清中缺血修饰白蛋白水平的变化,探讨其是否能作为早期诊断急性脑梗死的血清标志物。方法:将16只SD大鼠随机分为两组,即脑梗死组和对照组,每组8只,脑梗死组用改良的ZeaLonga法制作一侧大脑中动脉阻塞(middle cerebral arter yocclusion,MCAO)动物模型。对照组手术步骤同脑梗死组,但不插入线栓。通过神经功能缺损评分及缺血脑组织含水率测定鉴定模型的成功。测定术前、术后2h内的大鼠血清IMA水平并进行比较。结果:神经功能缺损评分及脑组织含水率测定均证明动物模型制作成功。脑梗死组和对照组术前血清IMA水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。脑梗死组术前术后的血清IMA水平分别为(0.190±0.013)和(0.314±0.011)ABSU(P<0.01)。对照组术后血清IMA水平比术前略高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑梗死组术后血清IMA水平与对照组相比明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:IMA在急性脑梗死大鼠血中增高,提示血清IMA有可能作为早期诊断脑梗死的血清标志物。
