| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨苗勒管囊肿的影像学表现,以期提高认识.方法:收集我院经手术病理证实的苗勒管囊肿6例,回顾性分析其超声、CT和MRI表现.结果:6例苗勒管囊肿在直肠腔内超声表现为前列腺上部、尿道后侧近中线处边界清晰、形态规则、无回声的囊状占位,CT平扫表现为双侧精囊腺之间的椭圆形囊性低密度灶,MRI上所有病灶均表现为前列腺中线部位、精阜水平上方水滴状囊性占位,5例呈长T1长T2信号灶,在各个扫描序列上其信号与尿液相似,1例因囊液含较多蛋白质成分,T1WI呈稍高信号.结论:根据超声、CT和MRI的表现和发病部位特点,可以在术前对苗勒管囊肿做出正确诊断.MRI较超声、CT能提供更精确的信息,在本病的影像诊断中具有无可替代的地位.
