| 摘 要： | 本研究对10例肝硬化并发继发性腹膜炎的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。发现肝硬化并发继发性腹膜炎的常见原因有胃肠溃疡穿孔、化脓性阑尾炎、坏疽性胆囊炎。肝硬化并发继发性腹膜炎的临床特点:大多数患者腹痛不明显,外周血象偏高、感染中毒症状不明显。腹膜炎体征、外周血象细胞计数、腹部CT及腹部X光检查是诊断继发性腹膜炎的主要依据。 |

| Abstract: | The cause of disease,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed in ten cirrhosis patients complicated with secondary peritonitis.Ten cases were treated by operation and 3 cases died.The common complications were hepatorennal syndrome,digestive hemorrhage and hepatic encephalopathy.Due to the high misdiagnosis rate and mortality rate in cirrhosis patients with secondary peritonitis,the early diagnosis,early surgical treatment,comprehensive treatment and anti-infection were needed. |
