| 摘 要： | 目的探讨光固化流体树脂对儿童乳磨牙窝沟龋充填治疗的疗效。方法对109例3~5岁患儿的235颗颌面窝沟龋在磨除龋坏牙体组织后用DyractFlow流动复合树脂对龋坏部位和未龋坏窝沟区域进行预防性充填治疗。结果随访3年后发现该治疗方法充填材料保存率高,能有效阻止龋病的进一步发展。结论光固化流体树脂对儿童乳磨牙的窝沟龋治疗疗效确切,长期随访进行补涂效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of light care dyract flow in the caries of molar pits and fissures of children's deciduous teeth.Methods:235 permanent molars with occlusal pit and fissure caries in 109 patients aged from 3 to 5 years old were treated with light cure dyract flow after the caries tissue had been removed.Results:We had followed up these patients for 3 years. The complete filling loss was 2.97%, 7.35% and 16.57% respectively every year.Conclusion:Light cure dyract flow can be used to treat pit and fissure caries of children's deciduous teeth. |
