阑尾类癌26例诊治体会

目的 探索阑尾类癌的生物学特性、诊断和外科治疗经验.方法 总结自1984～2004年收治的26例阑尾类癌患者的临床资料.结果 本组患者中多数表现为急性阑尾炎的症状和体征.肿癌直径小于1cm16例,1～2cm9例,大于2cm1例,其中1例在首次手术中发现肝脏转移性肿瘤.20例仅行阑尾切除术,5例行右半结肠切除术,1例行右半结肠切除术及肝叶部分切除术.随访的26例患者中,25例无复发及远处转移.结论 阑尾类癌较少而且多无症状,小于1cm的阑尾类癌仅作单纯性阑尾切除即可,术中冰冻切片可指导手术方式.

Carcinoid tumors of the appendix: a report of 26 cases

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience for patients with appendiceal carcinoid tumors. Methods 26 patients with appendix carcinoid tumors were admitted and received surgery from 1984 to 2004 in our hospital. Results Most patients of this group, presented with signs and symptoms suggestire of acute appendicitis. The tumor was less than 1 cm in diameter in 16patients, between 1 and 2 cm in 9 patients, and larger than 2 cm in lpatients, Among these patients, liver transformable tumor was discovered in one patient in the fast operation. Twenty patients underwent appendectomy alone, Five patients underwent right hemicolectomy, One patient under went right hemicolectomy and underwent lung. Complete follow-up was achieved in 26 patients, and 25 patients remained free of tumor recurrence and metastasis. Conclusions Appendiceal carcinoids of less than 1 cm could be adequately managed by appendectomy alone, The freezing section in operation ear direct the operation methoel.
