摘    要:为探讨常见病原菌对氨苄青霉素(AMP)的耐药性,为临床提供合理、联合用药依据,对从病人标本中分离的322株常见病原菌做AMP药敏试验。结果:耐药性细菌比例平均占54.7%.其中G-杆菌耐药性较明显;而来瑟氏菌属和链球菌属耐药性较低,平均占15.1%。提示AMP的耐药性应引起医务工作者的高度重视,应严格控制和防止耐药菌的发生和发展。

Abstract:To study the drug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria to aminobenzylpenicillin (AMP). Method A drug sensitive test. Results The results showed that the average proportion of drug -tolerant bacteria was 54. 7 %. Among them Gbacillus had the obvious drug resistance, but the Neisseria and Streptoccus had the low drug resistance, which occupied 15.1 % equally. Conclusion It suggests that medical workers should attach great importance to the drug resistance of AMP and strictly control and prevent the occurence and development of drug-tolerant bacteria.
