| 摘 要： | ①目的 研究杜仲醇提物和水提物对卡介苗-脂多糖(BCG-LPS)所致小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用.②方法 小鼠90只,雌雄各半,随机分为9组,每组10只,即正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、醇提组和水提组的低、中、高剂量组(40.95、81.90、163.80g生药/kg).观察杜仲提取物对小鼠肝脏组织病理学的影响.各组每天灌胃,给药容量为20mL/(kg·d),连续10天.正常组和模型组给予蒸馏水,阳性组给予联苯双酯0.60g/kg,醇提和水提组分别给予杜仲醇提物或水提物163.80、81.90、40.95g生药/kg.采用BCG-LPS造成小鼠急性肝损伤,10天后取血检测ALT、AST、SOD的活性和MDA、GSH的水平.③结果 杜仲醇提物和水提物能明显降低BCG-LPS所致的肝损伤小鼠肝脾指数的升高(P＜0.05)和血清中ALT、AST活性的升高(P＜0.05),亦能降低肝组织中MDA 的水平,增加肝组织中SOD的活性和GSH-PX的水平(P＜0.05).肝脏组织病理学也显示联苯双酯和杜仲提取物能明显的对抗肝细胞的损伤,但杜仲水提物不如醇提物(P＜0.05).④结论 杜仲醇提物具有显著的抗免疫性肝损伤的作用.
