| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对粘连性肠梗阻的临床特点、手术时机及手术原则的认识,改善手术质量及预防措施.方法 对我院2004年4月至2008年4月因粘连性肠梗阻行手术治疗27例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果本组病例均行手术治疗痊愈,随访至今无复发.结论 在严格掌握手术原则的条件下,粘连性肠梗阻是可以治愈的.预防术后肠粘连是降低粘连性肠梗...

| Abstract: | Objective To raise the awareness of the clinical characteristics of adhesive intestinal obstruction,operation time and operation principle to improve the quality of operation and prevention measures.Methods The clinical data of 27 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction performed surgery from April 2004 and April 2008 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The patients were cured with surgical treatment without follow-up recurrence so far.Conclusion Adhesive intestinal obstruction is curable on condition that the operation principle is strictly followed.It was proved to be effective in reducing adhesive intestinal obstruction by preventing postoperative intestinal adhesion. |
