| 摘 要： | 目的 观察温针灸治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨性关节炎的疗效及机制.方法 67例患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组33例,2组均以内外膝眼为主穴,治疗组采用温针灸治疗,对照组采用中频治疗,观察2组治疗前、后临床症状积分变化,并测定治疗前、后关节滑液MMP-3、NO、TNF-α、IL-1含量.结果 2组治疗方法均能使患者临床症状积分降低(P＜0.05)、关节滑液MMP-3、No、TNF-α、IL-1含量降低(P＜0.05);组间比较,温针灸组明显优于中频组(P＜0.05).结论 温针灸可改善临床症状,调节关节滑液细胞因子,是治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨性关节炎有效方法.
