| 摘 要： | 目的：了解5年间老年患者口腔保健意识的变化情况。方法：问卷了解刷牙情况、口腔健康行为和口腔保健知识。结果：老年患者在刷牙、口腔健康行为、口腔保健知识方面较前5年提高。结论：医护工作者要使老年口腔卫生知识的观念转变到现实行动，需付出不懈的努力。

| Abstract: | Objective: To survey the changes in awareness of oral hygien maintenance in elderly patients. Method: Questionaires relating oral hygiene were released to the elderly clinical patients to fill in and were collected in 2000 and 2005 respectively. Results: Oral hygiene conditions in terms of tooth-brush, oral hygiene behavior, and oral hygiene knowledge were improved in the elderly patients to different extent in the past 5 years. Conclusion: It is imperative for the dental practitioners to educate the patients to take initiatives in oral care. |
