| 摘 要： | 脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经营养因子家族中的一员,BDNF对周围和中枢神经元有广泛的生物学作用。阿尔茨海默病(AD)是以认知功能障碍和记忆损害为特征的神经退行性疾病,是老年人中常见的一种痴呆症。目前对BDNF与AD的关系和对AD的作用的研究已成为热点。本文重点综述了近年BDNF对AD作用的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is one of the neurotrophic factors.BDNF has many biological effects on neurons of peripheral and central nervous system.Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative neurosis characterized by cognitive and memorial dysfunctions,which is a common dementia among the elderly.Nowadays the research on relations between BDNF and AD and the effect on AD have become hotspot of research.This paper attaches advances on the research development of the effect of BDNF on AD. |
