| 摘 要： | 目的：针对采用单纯皮瓣修复胫前软组织缺损不易成活而腓肠肌肌皮瓣修复外观又显臃肿的现状，寻求更完善的修复方法。方法：应用腓肠肌肌瓣加游离植皮术修复胫骨上段裸露16例。结果：术后肌辩、移植皮片均成活，无感染发生；术区外观满意、功能良好。结论：采用腓肠肌肌辨加游离植皮术修复胫前软组织缺损具有血供丰富、抗感染力强，功能及外观恢复良好的优点。

| Abstract: | To find a better method to repair the anterior soft tissue lesion of the tibia, in the situation applying the skin flap to repair it is difficult to live and gastrocnemiums skin flap more plump.Methods: To apply gastrocnemiums flap to repair the naked superior tibia 16 cases. Result: After op eration, the muscular flap and the transplant flap were all alive, without infection. The surface of the op erative area was nice and the function fine. Conclusion: It is rich in blood supply, uninfection, fine function and surface that we apply gastrocnemiusm flap with sole-flap-transplant to repair the anterior soft tissue lesion of the tibia |
