| 摘 要： | 目的分析影响泌乳素型垂体腺瘤患者服药依从性的原因并提出相应对策，以提高服药依从性。方法调查分析97例口服溴隐亭治疗泌乳素型垂体腺瘤患者服药依从性下降的原因。结果97位患者服药依从性良好42例，下降55例。依从性下降的原因包括相关知识缺乏、错误21例（38．2％）、药物副作用15例（27．3％）、经济原因13例（23．6％）、溴隐亭抵抗6例（10．9％）。结论口服溴隐亭治疗泌乳素型垂体腺瘤患者服药依从性下降的原因较多：针对性的对策可提高患者服药依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes for bad compliance on taking bromocriptine in patients with macroprolactinomas and to put forward corresponding counterplans. Methods The causes for bad compliance of 97 cases of macroprolactinomas with oral bromocriptine were investigated. Results The causes for affecting compliance were as follows： the absence and error of correlative knowledge（38.2%）, side-effects（27.3%）,economy（23.6%）, bromocriptine resistance（10. 9%）. Conclusion There are many causes for bad compliance on taking bromocriptine in patients with macroprolactinomas. The corresponding counterplans can improve the compliance of medicine taking. |
