| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下颌骨中心性血管畸形的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾我科近10年来收治的、具有完整病历记录的下颌骨中心性血管畸形3例,分析其临床表现、诊断以及治疗方法。结果2例成年患者采用下颌骨部分切除即刻植骨术,1例青少年患者行介入栓塞治疗,均获得满意疗效。结论手术和介入栓塞治疗是下颌骨中心性血管畸形的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and treatment method of mandibular central vascular malformation.Methods 3 patients were hospitalized in our department due to mandibular central vascular malformation during the past decade.We got their whole medical records and clinical symptoms,method of diagnosis and treatment were analysed.Results Two adult patients received mandibular part excise and bone graft immediately,while another juvenile patient received the vascular obstruction under X-ray.These the patients all got the satisfactory results.Conclusion Operation and vascular obstruction under X-ray are two effective treatments for mandibular central vascular malformation. |
