| 摘 要： | 目的 明确引进日本现行DIC临床评分诊断标准的意义及其优于国内现行标准的价值。方法 采用日本现行DIC临床评分诊断标准及中华血液学学会DIC诊断标准对入住我院血液科有完整资料的182例急性白血病患者进行筛选诊断。结果 采用日本标准确诊DIC患者19例，对此19例所做的23次诊断中均确诊为DIC；而采用国内标准只能确诊14次，漏诊9次，证实日本标准显著优于国内标准。结论 推广使用日本DIC评分诊断标准将提高DIC的早期临床诊断率，适于对DIC的变化、治疗进行量化判断。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of Japanese DIC diagnostic scoring scale to the diagnostic system of Chinese Hematology Academy.Methods DIC was screened both by the Japanese DIC diagnostic scoring scoring scale and the diagnostic system of Chinese Hematology Academy in 182 acute leukemia.Results Nineteen cases were edentified as DIC in a total of 23 diagnoses by the Japanese scoring scale,while only 14 cases were diagnosed by the domestic system.The difference was significant.Conclusion The Japanese scoring scale is superior to the domestic system and suitable for the early diagnosis of DIC. |
