腹腔镜辅助治疗先天性巨结肠：附12例报告

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助治疗先天性巨结肠的疗效。方法回顾性分析近2年来行腹腔镜辅助先天性巨结肠根治术12例患者的临床资料。结果12例患儿中男8例,女4例;年龄4个月至13岁。常见型6例,短段型4例,长段型2例。手术均获成功,无中转开腹,手术出血量少,手术时间80~130 min,平均100 min,愈合后疤痕不明显,无并发症发生。结论腹腔镜辅助先天性巨结肠根治术治疗先天性巨结肠是可行、有效的。

Laparoscopy-assisted radical pull-out operation for Hirschsprung disease:a report of 12 cases
