摘    要:介绍了以学生为主体的教学方式,给出自主学习的定义以及学习者应有的特点,指出新的教学方式着重培养和提高学生学习英语的主体意识,优化教学方案,充分发挥学生的主体作用,充分发挥多媒体,网络教学的优势,提高学生学习英语的主动性和参与性。并对教师能力提出了具体要求和建议。

Abstract:The learner-based teaching method is introduced with the definition of learner autonomy,and the features of learners are presented.This paper points out that the new teaching method should place the emphasis on cultivating and improving the learners' consciousness of English studying,optimizing the teaching schedule.Thee initiative and participation of students in learning English is hence boosted by exerting the function of students and advantages of multi-media and network teaching.The specific requirements and recommendations to teachers are also proposed.
