| 摘 要： | Human promonocytic cell line U937 can express both IgAFc receptors ( FcαRⅠ, CD89 ) and IgG Fc receptors(FcαγⅠ, FcγRⅡ and FcγRⅢ)1]. These receptors canmediate a variety of cell reactions including phagocytosis ofimmune complexes ( ICs ), degranulation, respiratorybursts, release of cytokines and enhancement of antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) 2].
