| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨二尖瓣狭窄患者行经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术（ＰＢＭＶ０前后心电图ＰＴＦ－Ｖ１的变化及其与血流动力学各指标的相关性。方法 分析２９例窦性心律的二尖瓣狭窄患者ＰＢＭＶ前后ＰＴＦ－Ｖ１的变化，并与二尖瓣面积（ＭＶＡ）、左房平均压（ＭＬＡＰ）和左房内径（ＬＡＤ）作相关分析。结果 ＰＢＭＶ术后ＰＴＦ－Ｖ１显著改善（Ｐ〈０．０１），与ＭＬＡＰ、ＬＡＤ呈显著正相关，与ＭＶＡ呈显著负相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of PTF V 1before and after PBMV in patients with mitral stenosis and it's relation to hemodynamic. Methods PTF V 1 was measured before and after PBMV in 29 patients with mitral stenosis with sinus rhythm. The relationship between PTF V 1 and hemodynamic also were studied. Results PTF V 1 was significantly improved after operation. There were positive correlation both between PTF V 1 and left a trial pressure, and between PTF V 1 and mitral valve area there were negative correlation. Conclusions PTF V 1 may be a useful indicator of efficiency of PBMV in patients with mitral stenosis with sinus rhythm. |
