| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨无痛性治疗性内镜检查的临床应用价值。方法 :在异丙酚麻醉状态下为 2 0例接受胃镜和结肠镜下治疗的高危患者 (小儿、冠心病、高血压病、脑血管病等 )施行检查。结果 :异丙酚静注后 3分钟内神志消失 ,停药 5分钟内大多数苏醒 ,无严重不良反应及内镜下治疗并发症发生。结论 :异丙酚麻醉下无痛性治疗性内镜检查是安全、易行的

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the Clinic practical significance of the painless therapeutic endoscopy.Methods: It was performed that 20 high risk patients to accept the gastroscopic and colonoscopic treatment including children, coronary heart disease,hypertension,cerebrovascular disease etc in the narcosis with propofol.Results: The patients' senses disappeared within 3 minutes after administering propofol intravenously,and most patients were in themselves right senses within 5 minutes after stopping injection.No serious side effect and complication of therapeutic endoscopy happened.Conclusion: It is safe and feasible that therapeutic endoscopy in the narcosis with propofol. |
