轮状病毒肠炎患儿心肌酶谱分析及临床意义

目的 了解轮状病毒肠炎患儿在腹泻急性期心肌酶谱的改变及临床意义。方法 选择42例急性期轮状病毒肠炎患儿。用全自动生化分析仪测定血清心肌酶谱，按脱水程度分为3组。即无脱水组、轻度脱水组、中度脱水组。并进行统计学处理。结果 42例急性期轮状病毒肠炎患儿中24例（57．14％）有心肌酶谱升高。而腹泻各组之间心肌酶谱的升高程度相比无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论 急性期轮状病毒肠炎患儿可有不同程度的心肌损害。而心肌酶谱改变程度与脱水程度及病情轻重无明显相关性。

The analyze of myocardial enzymes on rotavirus enteritis and clinical significance

Objective To explore the changes of myocardial significance,author evaluated the serum level and percentage of myocardial enzymes in rotavirus enteritis on acute state.Methods The 42children with rotavirus enteritis on acute state were divided into three groups by way of dehydration degree(without dehydration group;low-grade dehydration group;medium dehydration group),Full automation analyzer measured the serum level of myocardial enzymes in children on each group.Results The average rising percentage of myocardial enzymes was(57.14%,)but the serum level of myocardial enzymes in three groups without significant different(P>0.05).Conclusion The result indicated that there was rising of myocardial enzymes on children of rotavirus enteritis on acute state.There was no pertinence between changing degree of myocardial enzymes and degree of dehydration.
