安迪尔胶囊对窦性心动过缓患者血脂与血流变的影响

目的：观察中药制剂安迪尔胶囊对窦性心动过缓患者血脂与血流变的影响。方法：选取60例病人，随机分为两组，分别纳入安迪尔胶囊治疗组30例（口服安迪尔胶囊，每次4粒，每日3次）；心宝丸对照组30例（口服心宝丸，每次5粒，每目3次）。1个疗程8周，观察治疗前后24h动态心电图、血脂水平、血流变的变化及综合疗效。结果：疗程结束后，两组临床疗效比较无显著差异。但治疗组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白（a）降低，与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论：安迪尔胶囊具有明显改善窦性心动过缓患者血流变及降低血脂的作用，提高心率，改善中医证候。

Study the Effect of Andyer Capsule on Blood Lipids and hemorrheology with Sinus Brady-cardia

Objective： To observe the effect of Andyer Capsule on blood lipid and hemorrheology in patients with sinus bradyeardia. Method： 60 cases with sinus bradycardia were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by Andyer capsule, orally 4 pills each time, and 3 times a day. 30 cases in control group were treated by Xin -bao Pills, orally 5 pills each time, and 3 times a day. 8 weeks was as one treatment course. Then the changes of blood lipid, hemorrheology and comprehensive efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Result： After the treatment, there was no siginificant difference between the two groups on clinical curative effect. But the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte deformability index and fibrinogen were decreased in treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B lipoprotein （a） were also decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And there were significant differences between the two groups on above datas. Conclusion： Andyer Capsule can significantly improve hemorrheology and lower the blood lipid in patients with sinus bradycardia, so as to improve TCM symptoms.
