钛镍记忆合金钢板固定掌指骨骨折

目的 评价钛镍记忆合金钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的近远期疗效。 方法 36例手部骨折患者用钛镍记忆合金钢板内固定治疗，掌骨骨折21例，指骨骨折14例，掌指骨同时骨折1例：36例均行切开复位内固定。结果 术后平均随访5个月(3～12个月)，根据TAF评分标准，优21例，良10例，差5例，优良率86。l％：畸形愈合1例，所有手术均无感染、骨不连发生。结论 记忆合金钢板是治疗掌指骨骨折的理想方法。

Internal fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures with TiNi shape memory plates

Objective To evaluate the short-term and long-term outcomes of hand fractures that are treated with TiNi shape memory plate.Methods 36cases of hand fracture were treate d with open reduction and internal fi xation by TiNi shape memory plates.There were21cases of metacarpal fracture and 15cases of phalangeal fracture.Foll ow-ups av-eraged 5months(range:3to 12).Results According to the TAF evaluation system,excellent and good results were achieved in 31cases.The good and exc ellent rate was 86.1%.One case experienced malunion.No infection or non-union occurred in all cases.Conclusion TiNi shape memory plate is a good device to treat metacarpal and phalangea l fractures.[
