重庆市中小学生口腔疾病患病情况

目的了解重庆市中小学生口腔疾病现状,为中小学生口腔疾病防治提供科学依据.方法根据WHO口腔健康调查方法,分层整群抽取48个调查点,共调查8 328人,分为12,15和18岁3个年龄组进行调查.结果重庆市中小学生12,15和18岁年龄组龋病患病率分别为22.51%,22.25%和20.41%;12,15和18岁年龄组龋均分别为0.46,0.50和0.51;牙龈出血检出率12岁组为1.71%,15岁组为1.35%,18岁组为1.89%;牙结石检出率12岁组为15.13%,15岁组为30.56%,18岁组为50.93%;牙周软垢检出率12岁组为 32.59%,15岁组为34.11%,18岁组为36.93%.随着年龄增长,牙周病发病率不断升高.结论重庆市中小学生龋病患病率相对较低,牙周病患病率相对较高,龋患牙充填率低.学校、家长及学生应做到早期检查、早期预防和早期治疗,使中小学生口腔疾病的防治工作制度化、系列化、网络化.

Prevalence of Oral Diseases of Primary and Middle School Students in Chongqing

Objective To understand the oral diseae of primary and middle school students in Chongqing and to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling students' oral diseases. Methods According to the method for oral health investigation of WHO, stratified cluster sampling was used to survey 8 334 students from 48 sections in Chongqing. The students were divided into 3 groups :12, 15 and 18 years old. Results In 3 groups of 12,15,18 years old, the prevalence rate of dental caries was 22.51%,22.25% and 20.41%,the DMFT was 0.46,0.50,0.51, the prevalence rate of gingival hemorrhage was 1.71%,1.37% and 1.89%, the dental calculus was 15.13%,30.56% and 50.93% and the periodontal deposites was 32.59%,34.11%,36.93% respectively. The prevalence of periodontal diseases increased with age. Conclusion Prevalence rate of periodontal diseases is high and the prevalance rate of dental caries and the rate of filling are low among students in chongqing. Systematization and serialization of oral disease prevention for students can be realized through early checking, preventing and curing.
