无菌物品存放间工作人员不戴口罩的效果观察

目的探讨工作人员进入无菌物品存放间,不戴口罩,无菌物品存放间的空气培养,物体表面、无菌包细菌培养的结果。方法每月对无菌物品存放间的空气培养,物体表面、无菌包细菌培养2次。结果每次空气培养和物体表面细菌培养都在正常范围内,未检测出致病菌,无菌包的细菌检测结果均为无菌生长。保证了临床工作的顺利进行。结论工作人员不戴口罩进入无菌物品存放间,对无菌物品存放间的各项检查参数没有影响,均达到管理规范标准要求,节约了医疗成本,提高医院经济效益。

STUDY OF THE AFFECT ON THE STERILE STORAGE ROOM INDUCED BY STAFF WITHOUT MASK

Objective To explore the outcomes of bacteria culture of air,object surface and sterile package while staff do not wear a mask enter the storage room.Methods Keep to carry out bacterial culture of the air of storage room,the object surface,and sterile package 2 times per month.Results Each air and surface bacterial culture are within the normal range,not detected pathogens.The test results of sterile package have no bacteria growth.The clinical work was ensured smoothly.Conclusion The staff entering the storage room without wearing a mask did not affect all checking index of sterile object storage room,the management standards requirement can be achieved,so medical cost can be saved elevating economical benefit of hospital.
