流行性出血热患者自发性抑制性T细胞功能的动态观察

摘    要:观察了20例EHF患者的自发性抑制性T细胞(ST_s)功能,发现在病之极期ST_s活性显著低于正常(-49.07%vs.22.51%,P<0.001),多尿期和恢复期逐渐回升并趋向正常。轻症组患者极期的ST_s活性较重症组下降更为明显(-85.42%vs,-12.7%,P<0.05)。初步认为T_s功能低下是EHF体液免疫亢进的基本原因。T_s功能下降,使T_h和T_c功能相对增强,有利于清除病毒,终止感染,这可能是机体的一种保护性免疫反应。本文还提出关于EHF免疫调节过程的假设。

Abstract:The spontaneous suppressor T cell (STs) functions were serially observed in 20 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). It was found that the STs activities significantly decreased in the critical stage (hypotension stage and oliguria stage)when compared with the control group (-49.07 vs.22.51%,P<0.001), and returned gradually towards the normal level in the polyuria stage and convalesence stage. Besides, the STs activities in the mild group were much lower than that in the severe group (-85.42 vs. -12. 7%, P<0.05). These results indicate that the decrease of suppressor T cell (Ts) function is mainly responsible for the hyperactivity of humoral immunity in EHF. On the other hand, the relative increases of helper T cell (Th) and cytotoxic T cell (Tc) functions due to decreased Ts function will be helpful to eliminate the virus and to abort the infection, which may be one of the protective immune reactions of the host. A hypothesis about the immune regulating mechanism in EHF is proposed.
