摘    要:[目的]探索有瓣成蝇快速鉴定技术,同时为口岸建立其它媒介生物快速鉴定技术提供参考。[方法]研究用于鉴定有瓣蝇类的部位特征,并对其简化选择及编码,建立检索数据库,通过计算机技术,达到快速鉴定检索的目的。[结果]选择了23个蝇类部位特征作为用以鉴定的依据,对3000多种有瓣蝇类进行编码,建立了计算机自动检索系统。[结论]本系统检索途径多样、检索速度快捷、检索方法简单,易于掌握。大大地提高了工作效率,对口岸媒介生物控制工作具有很大的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To study a rapid fly identification technique and method,and to provide technical service for frontier port in inspecting medical insects.Method The characteristic of flies were studied for technique identification,and a database was set up through selection and coding,Result A total of 23 selected parts were used for identification.While,a computerized auto-searching system was established through coding 3 000 flies.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,applicable.It can achieve multiple identical routes rapidly and improve effi- ciently.
