肠内营养在腹部手术中的应用

目的　探讨肠内营养在腹部手术中的应用价值。方法　 30例接受腹部手术的患者 ,术后 2 4～ 2 8h开始实施肠内营养 ,观察营养指标和免疫功能的变化及与肠内营养的关系。结果　通过肠内营养 ,患者的体重、血红蛋白、血浆蛋白、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白均有不同程度的提高 ,其中血浆蛋白和前白蛋白上升最明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,营养前后免疫指标IgA ,IgG ,IgM ,淋巴细胞计数差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,且无严重并发症的发生。结论　肠内营养能够显著改善腹部手术患者的营养状况 ,明显提高患者的免疫功能 ,有效保障肠粘膜屏障功能的稳定性 ,防止细菌移位 ,避免了因此而引起的严重并发症的发生

Application of enteral nutrition in abdominal surgery

Objective To study the clinical application of enteral nutrition in abdominal surgery. Methods Thirty patients after abdominal surgery received enteral nutrition in 24 to 48 h. The changes in nutritional state and immunity, and the relationship between the changes and enteral nutrition were observed. Results After enteral nutrition, the patients' body weight, hemoglobin, plasma protein, prealbumin, serum albumin were increased to some extent. The plasma protein and prealbumin were significantly elevated of all ( P < 0.05 ). There was significant difference in immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM and lymphocyte count before and after nutritional support ( P < 0.01 ). No serious complications occurred. Conclusions Enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional condition and immunity function of the patients undergoing abdominal surgery, and protect intestinal barrier effectively, decrease the bacterial translocation, avoid the occurrence of serious complications.
