| 摘 要： | 目的探讨饮酒和肥胖对中青年人群血脂的影响。方法选取来本院进行健康查体的受检者762例,检测甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)水平,根据受检者的饮酒情况和体重指数分为对照组、单纯饮酒组、单纯肥胖组和饮酒+肥胖组,探讨肥胖和饮酒对血脂水平的影响。结果单纯肥胖组(35.84%)、单纯饮酒组(35.18%)和饮酒+肥胖组(52.10%)的高脂血症发生率明显高于对照组(23.15%,P<0.05);饮酒+肥胖组高脂血症检出率显著高于单纯饮酒组和单纯肥胖组(P<0.05)。结论饮酒和肥胖明显增加中青年人高脂血症的发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of drinking wine and obesity on blood lipids in middle-aged and young people.Methods According to the quantity of drinking wine and body mass index,762 patients who were given health examination were divided into four groups:control group,drinking group,obesity group and drinking plus obesity group.In order to investigate the effect of alcohol intake and obesity on blood lipids,the triglyeride and total cholesterol were detected.Results The rates of hyperlipoidemia in drinking group(35.18%),obesity group(35.84%) and drinking plus obesity group(52.10%) were higher than that in control group(23.15%,P<0.05),which in drinking plus obesity group was higher than that in drinking group and obesity group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drinking and obesity significantly increase the rate of hyperlipoidemia in middle-aged and yong people. |
