| 摘 要： | 目的:建立秦艽药材HPLC指纹图谱.方法:采用梯度洗脱法,对秦艽药材进行HPLC测定,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为230nm;记录时间:70min.采用浙江大学出版的指纹图谱相似度比较软件进行比较.结果:运用梯度洗脱能很好分离秦艽的各类成分,通过软件的比较,秦艽药材的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90.结论:本文所建立的方法可作为秦艽药材的指纹图谱.

| Abstract: | AIM: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Genti ana straminea Maxim. METHODS: It was adopted gradient with Methanol and 0.4% phospho ric acid, the detection wavelength was at 230nm and recording time. And it w as compared with a software published by Zhejiang University. RESULTS: The constituents of Gentiana straminea Maxim. were well se parated by HPLC, and the similarity was more than 0.90 . CONCLUSION: The method can be used as the fingerprint of G entiana straminea Maxim. |
