| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药复方固本祛风汤对变应性鼻炎模型动物豚鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 90只健康豚鼠,随机分为6组.以卵清蛋白致敏激发制备变应性鼻炎模型,然后予以中药复方固本祛风汤进行干预治疗,平行设立辛芩颗粒对照组.治疗2周后,测定各组动物血清IgE、IL-4和IFN-r含量并进行组间比较.结果 固本祛风汤治疗组血清总IgE、IL-4水平明显低于模型组(P＜0.01),IFN-r水平则明显高于模型组(P＜0.05).结论 固本祛风汤可能通过调节Th1和Th2细胞因子的表达平衡而发挥对变应性鼻炎的治疗作用.
