炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合自血疗法治疗自身免疫性黄体酮皮炎6例

目的观察炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合自血疗法治疗6例自身免疫性黄体酮皮炎的疗效。方法在患者月经的第1天开始服用炔雌醇环丙孕酮,连续服用21天,停7天为1个疗程,同时联合自血疗法,3天为1次,10次为1个疗程,共3个疗程,随访6个月。结果6例患者在治疗期间症状体征完全缓解,随访期内4例患者病情未出现复发。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合自血疗法是一种有效治疗自身免疫性黄体酮皮炎的方法。

Six Cases with Autoimmune Progesterone Dermatitis Treated by Ethinylestradiol-cyproterone Acetate combined with Auto-blood Therapy

Objective To observe the effects of the autoimmune progesterone dermatitis(AIPD) treated by ethinylestradiol -cyproterone acetate combined with auto-blood therapy.Methods The patient was started on a 21 days on and 7 days off regimen of ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate when the first day of menses was coming as one course of treatment,at the same time,gave auto-blood therapy,every three days,ten times as one course of treatment.Follow-up visits for 6 months after three courses of treatment.Results The signs and symptoms of 6 patients were completely resolved since the initiation of the therapy and 4 cases did not recur during follow-up periods.Conclusions The combined therapy of ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate treated with auto-blood therapy is a new effective approach to treatment of AIPD.
