| 摘 要： | 冠心病心绞痛患者７１３例（男性３９８例，女件３１５例；年龄５８±ｓ６ａ），口服地奥心血康胶囊２００ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ，共２ｍｏ。２ｍｏ后，３９９例继续口服１００ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ，共４ｍｏ。结果：２ｍｏ的临床总有效率为９０．３％，心电图总有效率为５１．７％。该药能明显抑制血小板聚集，降低血胆固醇和甘油三酯。不良反应轻微。

| Abstract: | Seven hundred and thirteen patients(M398,F315;age 58±s 6a)with angina pectoris were treated with Di-ao-xin-xue-kang capsule 200 mg,tid,po,for 2 mo,399 patients further received 100 mg,tid,for4 mo.The total clinical effective rate(2 mo)was 90.3% and ECG effective rate was 51.7%.It could inhibit platelet aggregation,decrease blood cholesterol and triglyceride level.Adverse reactions were mild.It is recommended for the therapy of angina pectoris. |
