胎肝细胞提取液的研制及其升白作用临床观察

本文报道了胎肝细胞提取液的研制及临床疗效观察。作者将胎肝细胞低渗裂解后，经超速离心等将其部分纯化后制成胎肝细胞提取液，并将其中之蛋白质予以定量后，由药检部门经热原试验、过敏试验、急慢性毒性试验等均合格后，试用于恶性肿瘤化疗后粒细胞减少症患者观察其升白作用。结果表明，治疗组升白作用明显强于对照组，但对血色素、血小板的升高作用无统计学意义。文中还对该提取液的临床意义及可能机制进行了讨论。

The Partly Purified Extracta of Fetal Hepatocyte and Its Effect on Enhancing the Numbers of WBC in Peripheral Blood

We have studied the clinical curative effect of the fetal hepatocyte extracta in tumor patients. After the hepatocyte was extracted by distilled water, this extracted solution was purified by ultrafiltrate and the protein count on the supernatant fluid was measured by Lowry`s methods. The extracta was filled in ampule when which was get past the pyrogen test,anaphylaxis test,the acute and chronic virulance test, then we observed the clinical curative effect of enhanced the numbers of white blood cell (WBC) in peripheral blood in tumor patients with agranulocytosis after chemotherapy. The results showed that the numbers of WBC of the treatment group were increased except the contrast group, but the amount of hemaoglobines,blood plates were invariable. The clinical meaning and its probable mechanism of the extract was discussed in this report.
