| Abstract: | Y chromosome is sex chromosome, it can only be passed to all maleness. Mitochondrial DNA is maternally inherited, which means that it is passed only from an individual's mother. DNA polymorphism on Y chromosome and mitochondrion could served as reliable genetic Markers for studying origins and migrations of human. |
