疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床体会

目的探讨我院应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法采用回顾性对照临床分析试验方法，将2008年1月～2011年8月间行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术82例腹股沟疝患者作为治疗组，使用巴德补片行无张力疝修补术；将行传统疝修补术（Bassini修补术）74例腹股沟疝患者作为对照组。比较两组患者术后并发症、复发率的统计学差异。结果治疗组在手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症及复发等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果较Bassini修补术更满意，该术具有操作简单、术后恢复快、并发症少、复发率低的优点。

Treatment of inguinal hernia by hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair

Objective To evaluate the effect of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair on inguinal hernia in our hospital.Methods The retrospective analysis method was used.All patients from January 2008 to August 2011 were divided into the treatment group with 82 patients who were accepted Bard-mesh tension-free hernia repair and control group with 74 patients who were accepted traditional hernia repair(Bassini neoplasty).Postoperative complications and recurrence rate were analyzed.Results Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group on operation time,Ambulation time of postoperative,Length of stay,complications and recurrence.It had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair was superior to Bassini neoplasty with advantages of simple operation,rapid postoperative recovery,less complications and lower recurrence rate.
