肝纤维化早期诊断的研究进展

早期肝纤维化的诊断对指导临床治疗具有重要意义.肝活检组织病理学检查是诊断早期肝纤维化的金标准,但肝脏活检为有创性检查,不能反复进行,且获取组织的代表性有限.临床评估对肝纤维化的诊断有所帮助,但没有特异性;实验室检查项目虽多,但尚不能准确反映肝纤维化程度;影像学检查中CT、MRI在诊断早期肝纤维化方面尚在探索阶段;常规彩超对早期肝纤维化的诊断亦缺乏满意的敏感度,超声弹性成像技术在诊断肝纤维化方面的研究取得了初步成果.就临床评估、实验室检查、肝活检组织病理学检查、影像学检查对诊断肝纤维化的相关研究进展进行综述.

Progress of the Related Research for Early Diagnosis of Hepatic Fibrosis

Early hepatic fibrosis diagnosis is very vital to guide clinical treatment.Liver biopsy histopathological examination in early stage hepatic fibrosis is the gold standard,but Liver biopsy,with the characteristics of nonrepeatability,limited representative organization,is an invasive examination.The clinical evaluation of hepatic fibrosis,without specific,though too many laboratory projects,is not accurate in reflecting the degree of liver fibrosis;The CT and MRI examination for diagnosis of liver fibrosis are still in exploration stage;Conventional color to exceed the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in early stage also lack of is satisfactory sensitivity,ultrasound elastography has preliminary results in diagnosis of liver fibrosis.The related research for diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis is reviewed through the clinical assessment,laboratory data,liver histology biopsy,imaging examination in this paper.
