| 摘 要： | 目的研究多曲方丝弓(MEAW)技术矫治前牙开牙合前后颌面部软、硬组织变化,探讨MEAW技术矫治开牙合的机制,并总结影响其疗效的因素。方法分析比较15例成人前牙开牙合患者应用MEAW进行矫治前、后的X线头颅侧位片变化。结果矫治后上下磨牙直立并略压低,上、下颌切牙伸长且上切牙内收,牙合平面平整,前牙覆牙合覆盖正常,上下唇略内收。结论MEAW技术通过使前后牙及牙槽发生变化,有效矫治成人前牙开牙合。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the hard and soft tissue profile changes in the anterior openbite cases treated with multiloop edgewise archwire(MEAW) and to investigate the therapeutic effects and principles. Methods fifteen cases of anterior openbite were treated with MEAW. The effects were evaluated by the cephalometrics on the superimposition of the lateral head films. Results After treatments, the super and lower molars were uprighted and intruded, the super and lower incisors were extruded and the super incisors were retracted, the occlusal plane was leveled, and the super and lower lips were retracted slightly. Conclusion Anterior openbite can be treated successfully by MEAW changing the position of teeth and alveoli. |
