硬膜外自控镇痛对妇科手术后镇痛效果观察及护理

目的了解硬膜外自控镇痛(PECA)对妇科手术术后镇痛的效果。方法采用相同的护理措施,随机选取363例采用硬膜外自控镇痛的患者作为实验组,180例术后肌注杜冷丁镇痛作为对照组,观察记录48 h的疼痛及恶心、呕吐等发生情况。结果2组镇痛效果观察,差异有显著意义(P<0.001),副作用及恶心、呕吐与对照组相比明显减少(P<0.005),肠蠕动比对照组恢复快。结论对于减轻妇科手术后患者疼痛硬膜外自控镇痛是一种有效且副作用小的方法。

Nursing and observation of patient epidural controlled analgesia in relieving pains of patients after gynecology operations

Objective To observe the effects of Patient Epidural Controlled Analgesia(PECA) in relieving pains after gynecology operations.Methods Under the same nursing measures,363 patients relieved pains with PECA after operations were regarded as the treatment group and 180 cases with intramuscular injection of pethidine were as the control group.Pains severities,incidence of symptoms nausea and vomiting were observed detailed in the two groups 48 hours after the operations.Results The effects of relieving pains in the treatment group were more effective then that of the control group,it revealed that there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.001).Comparing with the control group,the incidences of side-effect nausea and vomiting decreased significantly and the intestinal peristalsis recovered quickly in the treatment group(P<0.005).Conclusions The present study suggests that PECA is an effective and less side-effects measure in relieving pains after gynecology operations.
