含服胃镜胶浆加深吸入麻醉在纤支镜检查中的应用效果

目的探讨一种高效的纤维支气管镜检查麻醉方法。方法将83例纤维支气管镜检查患者随机分为两组，试验组（43例）采用含服胃镜胶浆（利多卡因胶浆）加深吸气吸入利多卡因麻醉，对照组（40例）采用手助喷雾吸入利多卡因加环甲膜穿刺法麻醉。观察两组患者在纤维支气管镜检查中的麻醉效果。结果试验组麻醉优良率为86．0％，对照组为67．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；试验组利多卡因用量为（9．5±4．8）ml，对照组为（14．7±6．8）ml，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论纤维支气管镜检查采用含服胃镜胶浆（利多卡因胶浆）加深吸气吸入利多卡因麻醉效果好，具有插镜成功率高、用药量少、患者易于接受、操作者受干扰少等优点。

Application of Sublingual Administration of Mortar and Deep Inhalation Anesthesia on Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy
